Minna is a passionate customer advocate, and life-longer learner. Minna has held leadership roles for over 12+ years in various companies, worked as an expat for over
8 years and travelled 65+ countries. She is currently heading up Customer Success in a Learning Tech organisation called Growth Engineering and is leading their customer transformation. She also carries expertise from Hospitality Tech industry. Minna has frequent contributor to the Customer Success community, particularly on topics of leading and scaling CS teams as well as leadership in multicultural context. She is also mentoring the next generation of Customer Success leaders.
